The fixer was created to fix an old problem, that doesn't really exists anymore. However, having a feature to wipe clean the game's installation folder and reinstall the game can come handy when helping less tech savvy users.
Instead of just deleting and reinstalling the Managed folder like the old PreloadFixer did, delete all game files, as well as doorstop etc. files.
Change the setting so it's shown only for Steam games.
The value is never changed, so the two buttons were always hidden. Based on the attribute name, it's unlikely the buttons need to be hidden anyway.
